Jumpstart Program
Thanks for enrolling in our Jumpstart Program and Congratulations on taking the first step to getting your Loan Modification done.
Here are some quick instructions to get things moving:
Step 1 - Print this screen so you can fill in the form offline and make notes while you gather your documentation. You will want to come back to this form when you are ready to fill it out in one sitting. THE FORM WILL NOT SAVE IF YOU LEAVE THIS SCREEN!!.
Step 2 - Gather all the documents at the bottom of this page that apply to you and have them with you when you are ready to start filling in this online form. You will need to reference certain information on those documents when filling this out.
Step 3 - Once you have completed this form go back through it field by field and be sure everything is correct.
Step 4 - When you are comfortable you have provided everything click the SUBMIT button at the bottom. This will send us all the information your provided.
Step 5 - Organize all the backup documentation and email it to us (first scan it if you can) or fax it to us. Our fax number is 530-452-2051. The email to send it to is docs@lowdocloanmodification.com
Step 6 - Wait for our phone call. We will contact you at the phone number you provide to us below within 24 hours to review everything and to start putting together your loan modification proposal, hardship letter, and filling in any blanks.
